Powder post beetle contract?

I was treated for powder post beetles in the crawl space of my pier and beam house a year ago after some fresh activity was discovered. They want $225 to renew the contract, which I guess would cover pretreatment and maybe repair of damage from new infestation.
Is it worth it to renew this contract? Seems like a lot of $$ if the treatment lasts like it is supposed to.

Their inspection did not find any continued activity. I haven’t personally gone under there.
