Porch floor ideas

I need some ideas for back porch flooring. Ceiling is tongue and groove pine. There are 4 brick columns on the porch and brick on the bottom of door jambs. I think pavers would be a bit much brick/red. I’ve considered travertine but not sure how I feel about it.
What say you, H&G board? Thanks.

What color is the brick grout? If gray, consider honed slate.

Peacock Pavers
I’ve used these. I also have Pennsylvania Bluestone gauged random on my front porch. Same ceiling as you.
Or why not brick?

I just think brick or brick-like paver flooring would be too much brick. Those pavers look interesting. Did you like them? Feel like the look was similar to natural stone?

The grout is grey. I'll check out honed slate.

Oh yeah the are fine. Call them and tell them to send you a sample. They will do it or tell you somewhere local you can get one.
I have a lot of brick and I broke up areas. Ran everything in an English bond or running bond then made soldier course borders at a roofline with three rows of soldier course to break the pattern and in another area laid a herringbone which changed it completely. Looks good.
Do have a few orange bricks that popped in the freeze that I need to cut out and replace. Some reason the orange are softer than the reds. No big deal though, just sawcut the joint around it and pop it out with a hammer and chisel, lay a little mortar, new red brick and grout it in.

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. I requested a sample from their website and am going to check them out. I have read they are pretty affordable too which is cool. I turned up a couple bad experiences on the Googleweb but they were pretty old.

I covered my back patio with 12" x 12" slate tiles from Home Depot. Have had them down for over 10 years now, and they have held up well. They still look great, and what's most important is the wife (no pictures) still likes them.

Doesn’t sound like this is what your looking for but we just put this down and so far we love it. There are some pics in the screened porch thread somewhere.
