re: Pool Builder on Northshore

In February, I built a 12x32 in ground (gas) heated Gunite with travertine coping, brick wall with two waterfalls, big pad between it and my house, sidewalk and drainage across my backyard for $57k. $7k was contractor fee. Family friend got a quote from a company for same pool for $72k. My friend used a contractor but kept upgrading materials, example.. leathered travertine and his pool similar ended up at $85k. This is in Prairieville though.
