Outdoor Christmas Lights Adjusting Length Trouble Shoot

Installed outdoor LED bulbs in the yard this year and had to adjust strands for our new home. The last strand on each side of the driveway I had to pull the bulbs out of the additional lights to make the lights end at the appropriate length.
Both of these last strands are significantly dimmer than the rest of the bulbs. Anything I can do to correct this? Anybody with past experience with this? Thanks!

You have a bad bulb in that section of the string, or not getting full voltage.

But consistently on both strands I took bulbs out of?
