Now I’m asking for reviews or thoughts on Carroll Construction. Fixed cost?

They built a house for my cousin a few years back and they were happy with them. At that time it was father and son, I assume they still work together. They have been on the home builders board or something along those lines etc. I think they build a good house and are honest people, but check around with their subs, suppliers and any architects. That will tell you what you need to know
