I have never seen it in person but everything you read about it looks good. I know it's grown by Bethel Farms in Florida which I think is owned by Hancock seed or vice versa. Looking at Bethel Farms website I see they sell Scotts Pro Vista St Aug. That grass is a game changer because you can spray glyphosate on it.
