Little less for me at 5 times a month with St. Aug for a lawn. Most of my back yard is vegetable garden and about 1/3 of my front yard is boxed in planters so I can mow, edge and clean up in less than an hour.
All my mowing is done either early (7:30 or so M-F and 8:30+ on weekends) or right before dark.

I applied growth regulator a little over a month ago. I’ve cut my front once, back twice (back gets direct sunlight all day).
The roots are thicker and the lawn looks healthier. It promotes vertical growth which helps with retention. Wish I would have found this stuff years ago.

Same. Centipede mowed Saturday morning. It can go another couple days but if the ground was dry I would have mowed today.
