Modular Sleeper Sofa Recommendations?

I'm looking for a modular sleeper sofa for an office that cannot be wider than 75". Unfortunately, the configuration of my hallway and the position of the door won't allow anything that is already assembled to be used.
I'm basically looking for a three- or two-seat option without a chaise or an included ottoman.
Anyone have any luck in this arena?

what about a futon?

Burrow (no relation to Joe afaik) has some but not a pull-out sleeper. There's a sleeper kit option to add a pad that covers the cushions. I haven't slept on it so no idea about comfort.

Really want to avoid a futon as an option.
