Seems like blower is staying on low and not getting full pressure when squeezing the trigger. Any help?

Take the carb off, soak it overnight in some carb cleaner (you can get it from any auto parts store), blow out the jets with a compressor, change the gaskets, and put it back together

is it all batteries that you try or do you only have 1?
mine is older and sometimes i have to gradually depress the trigger to get it to full power.

I only have 1 battery. It like goes in and out from low to full speed. When I push the button for high high speed sometimes it catches and works but very rarely.

I could go into detail with what to look for if brushed or brush-less but I'd assume you do not want to take it apart.
I'd suggest trying the most easy thing first. Try to find someone with another battery and try it in the blower. If it works you know your battery pack is on its way out. Could have a cell(s) going bad or a connection going bad between cells.
