The grass along the edges of the dirt that’s the old Bermuda should I till it or spray and kill before I add centipede sod?

Yes. You are going to get bermuda in your centipede anyway but why get it faster than normal.

In my experience I’d spray - Bermudagrass is tough as nails. Later on, you will be able use sethoxydim to kill Bermudagrass as it it encroaches into the centipede, and it will. It does a decent job but even so Bermudagrass is tough.

Sure - I assume you’ll be spraying glyphosate (“roundup”).
