Is This a Fair Price For Wood Fence Repacement?

Is $38 per foot for 200’ of 6’ cedar wood fence, with poles every 7.5’ and a 10” mud board, an acceptable price? The price includes the removal of the existing fence, and to set all new poles.

I was quoted $25/ft for pine with very similar project specs including removal.

Also, is re-using the existing metal poles a good or bad idea if they look in decent shape?
