masonry bit and hammer drill will get it done

offer up always has plenty of tools from "like new" to probably shouldn't spend $10 on this

If you're just drilling like 5 holes or less, then a regular drill will be fine with a masonry bit.
Drilled 3 holes to hang up flag and took probably 20 seconds per hole.
