Hydro Tech Hose Update

Bought a hydro tech hose less than a year ago and it’s leaking in three spots. Advertised 5 year warranty
Submitted a warranty claim and crickets, called today and left voice mail.
Anyone have experience with this company and warranty claim?
Me thinks their hose is shite and warranty is shitteyr.
After three weeks and one phone call AJ calls me back today. Upgraded to 75’ hose and shipping out today.

I have had pretty good luck with these.
Maybe swap it out at Home Depot.

Bought it at Stines home and garden, I might just take it back and give it to them along with my new thoughts about the product.

I 'm on my 3rd hose, second replacement under warranty. I made a claim and uploaded pictures and gave them the code off female end of hose, no questions. It took about a week for them to reply that a hose would mailed out. Received it last week. They also said warranty still valid on this hose.

$40-$50 I think

It’s the Fing principle now, bold “5yr warranty” on the package and they don’t answer the phone
