Looking for ideas at new house.....Mostly growing peppers and herbs

You looking more towards planters, raised beds, or in ground? That will make a big difference. Size of yard and what kind of sun you get can make the decision for you.

Uploading pics is kind of a pita nowadays but I grow peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, okra, and herbs in planters that I build from fence pickets. For my space they work, but if I had more I would be in raised beds.

Those are from last year. Each side is 10’.

ETA: I cleaned out the chicken coop (4 birds) the last two years and put it in the garden. It’s amazing everything that the garden produced last year.
