Can anyone ID what type of holly tree this is? TIA.

Either an American Holly or a Savannah Holly. I'm leaning Savannah which would be max 30' tall while American would be 60' tall .

Savannah... does nicely in Baton Rouge. Foliage is not as dense as other varieties, but makes a nice 30' tree after 20 years. Leaves and berries not showy, but looks great in winter.
