Has anyone here purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and had to get it serviced?

You're talking about warranty work? That would come from the manufacturer. Not best buy.

Yes. Was very satisfied with their warranty service.
They came out 3x to “repair” the same issue (water dispenser line was freezing). After the 3x, they gave me what I paid for it towards a new refridgerator.
