Gutter head pressure question

I have a problem with fall and so water tends to creep under my pier and beam house. I am working on getting dirt under the house to take care of flow issue, but my question is how far of a run can I get away with without adding any fall to a pipe attached to a gutter down spout?
I have some drain pipe running to a ditch but the fall is minimal from the bottom of my downspout to that pipe. Probably about 60 feet or so.
TIA

Your gutter likely have a fall of about 1/4 inch per 10 ft.
For drain pipe, here are the recs.
PIPE DIAMETER - MINIMUM SLOPE
2 1/2" or smaller - 1/4" per foot
3" to 6" - 1/8" per foot
8" or larger - 1/16" per foot
Not sure that would be ideal for you. For a 3" pipe you would be looking at a 7.5 foot drop.
If you just maintained the gutter drop it would be 1.5 inches. That should be easy to attain.
In terms of head pressure, you will basically have the height of the downspout in inches of water. SO height in inches X 0.0360912 will give you PSI if that is what you are asking. Assume 9 feet (could easily be more) you get about 3.9 PSI. I think even flat it would drain but you'll always have some moisture in there, I would think.
Perhaps we have someone who has a better grasp on this than I do who can respond.

Thanks!
I am not worried to much about moisture as it will be under ground. Fall is about 12 feet from bottom of gutter to tip of downspout. I may actually have about 2 inches of natural fall over that 60 feet.
Really appreciate the help!

Not sure what you are planning to use but this looks interesting.
