I had Genpro come out and give me a quote on 26 kw Kohler generator. Any opinions good or bad on this company?

They did my install last year. Best communication I’ve ever had from a service/ install company. Constantly communicating and giving me updates on the progress of project.
When I called entergy to do the inspection they said, we’ll swing by but you’ll be good to go as they do perfect work every time.
I went with Kohler too.

Guy they sent out to give me a quote was so sketchy that I looked elsewhere. He was selling the Kohler + switch on FB marketplace at $1,600 less than what he quoted me and poormouthed the app connectivity pretty hard and ignored my questions. They couldn't give me a final complete date as they were sub-ing out so much of the install work so I moved on. Hope your experience is better, Kohler makes a great product.

I had them out for repair once 3-4 years ago. They did well but tried to upsell me on a yearly service plan for work I was already doing myself. When I called recently for some repair needs, they indicated they weren’t taking any “new customers.” I had Gage come out for the job and they’ve been great so far.
