I’m looking to have somebody install gas logs for me. Already have a gas line via the gas starter but does anybody have a recommendation?

I'd call a plumber.

That's who installed my logs and outdoor gas lights.

economy bricks In Gonzales is where I bought my fireplace. ordered the logs online, but they have some. if you don't go electronic ignition this is one gas tubing fitting to connect. don't buy a cheap log set, It will look cheap

We have the Real Fyre gas logs and the sales guy told me if I had basic handy skills, I could easily install them.He was correct and they haven’t blown up yet. Going on two years installed. I think they were going to charge $100 to install if I remember right.

Mind asking what it cost to install the gas lamps? Were the gas lines already run to the install spot?
