Foundation costs, pros and cons

Building a small cabin. The foundation will be a rectangular 28 x 35. Lot is flat. Will be on septic.

I don't really want to use a monolithic slab. Considering stem wall slab or crawlspace. Personally, I prefer crawlspace but I would appreciate yall's opinions.

Cost wise, what would you estimate to be the added cost of going the crawlspace route? Again, lot is pretty flat, would only need 2 or 3 blocks above grade all the way around.

What else should I be thinking about?
