Dryer runs and tumbles but does not dry clothes. Unhooked back line and let it blow to make sure it wasn’t vent. Checked continuity on fuse it was good. Checked continuity on heating element it was good but tried a new one incase and it didn’t solve the issue either. Continuity on thermostat seems good but idk if this is a good way to test that. Any other ideas? Edit it’s a basic kenmore dryer nothing fancy

Look at schematics and check for continuity though timer.
That is the only thing I think you missed.

Is it warm in the dryer after it runs awhile? Just want to verify that the unit is heating.

I'm assuming you mean the vent duct. Is this duct clean all the way out to the outside vent? If there's no clog here there could be one in the dryer itself. They make a long pipe cleaner like tool for shoving down in the lint trap to clean this out.
