Cost to replace an in-ground pool skimmer in the NOLA area?

I am dealing with a small leak in the skimmer connected to my in-ground pool. The skimmer is encased in concrete. I know the concrete will need to be removed, the skimmer replaced, and new concrete needs to be poured. Just wondering if anyone has done this in the past few years. Thanks for the help.

Did you have leak detection done and figure out where the leak is?
