I have some property by a river.I have been thinking of putting in a log cabin for awhile. Researching online shows that I can have one built for around 150K for 1000 sq feet.

Does that sound correct?

How many log cabin builders are there in your area?

Not many I think. The property is by the Tchefuente river.

I priced them 15 years ago and I found them to be priced almost identical to any what any other house cost. I chose to do a more conventional home due to the cost of upkeep.

Try a nice portable building. Graceland or such.
