need to get carpet replaced in one bedrooom at a rent house in BR. what’s the easiest way to proceed? Home depot, local carpet store ? Thanks.

Rip out and go back with tile, hardwood, or linoleum. Easier to mop and clean.

If you are sticking with carpet....There a place on Florida close to airline. Can't remember the name but you should be able to find it. Go pick the carpet and they will install.

Absolutely this. If you want carpet you can just get a rug and throw it out when necessary.
