One of my cabinet doors popped loose from the mount on the bottom hinge. I visually can’t really see anything broken with it but I can’t get the hinge to “bite” back into the mount and stay on it. Anyone have experience with these hinges and if something is damaged?

Intact hinge for reference

Flip the little lever up. Align the pin with the slot and then flip the lever down.

YouTube has videos on removing and replacing the doors.

If it’s broken, order replacements on Amazon. I just did this and it was easy as pie.

You'll probably have to replace the hinge, DTC is a big Chinese supplier so you should be able to get the exact same replacement. I would recommend getting the exact same hinge if you only want to replace the one because with that style of hinge you have to match the overlay distance and the offsets otherwise it will fight the other hinge on that door. I would look at DTC's online product catalogs, they have one for their full-frame hinges. If you can't find that exact one then get a new set in the Pivot Pro FF line and replace them all for that cabinet, good time to upgrade to soft-close hinges, staying within that series will give you a good chance of being able to stay with the original screw holes too.
