Breakfast dining table nook plans

Right now I'm looking at possibly doing a DIY build on a breakfast nook area in our kitchen. Currently we have a four seat high table that is fine but it's a pain to get to the window seat. We'd rather have at least two bench seats that face away and towards the window. I don't think a full size nook with the elbow seating will fit, but I'll have to get some measurement.
Does anyone have any website recommendations on building plans for this type of build?

Circular, square or rectangular?
I built one for my parent several years ago.
I used pecan wood (hard as hell) and did a breadboard end style.
Built it to the dimensions they wanted.
I have it back, sitting on my covered screened end patio.

I should probably clarify. I know nooks are built into corners. Really I just want a four person table that can seat comfortably four (two on each side) with bench seating. I'd build the benches and get cushions for them as well. Backless preferred.

This isn't the EXACT design we want in terms of materials, but this would be the layout of the furniture:
The reason we wouldn't do a traditional nook built into the wall/around the window is that the two sets of downstairs windows are about 6'x6' and the all start around 12 inches off the ground.

I don’t understand the question.
You want a nook but a nook won’t work because of the windows so you want a table with a bench and two chairs?

I want to do one myself because I have a lot of free time at the moment.
