Mine did the same thing. Don't get me started about the ice maker and the numerous issues I had with it. And then it just stopped cooling. The service repairman said it would cost a large amount of money to fix the issues. I tossed it.
Bought a Fisher & Paykel. Thanks to many on here, I bought one that has the ice maker in the freezer. No issues whatsoever.
