Best way to clean a stone/pebble shower?

Stone tile and pebble floor is cloudy from soft water stains. CLR shower cleaner isn't safe for the stone. Tried Rejuvenate Shower Cleaner and it didn't do the trick on the shower floor. Vinegar didn't do too well either. Am I missing something or just need more elbow grease to get the cloudy stains off the pebble floor? TIA.

Try Pink stuff or Bio clean , it's made for glass but may work on the tile.
