Eleagnus. Grows very fast. Lovely silver color on back of leaves. Flowers in fall are very fragrant. It will grow 8 feet tall or send out even longer stray shoots. It can be pruned back but I've always let mine go natural. If planted about 6-8 feet apart it provides a full screen.
