I purchased a Bertrazonni oven a few years ago. I’ve noticed it’s taking a long time preheat to temp. Once I switch to bake temp drops 50 degrees or so. I’ve checked the top heating element (it’s the easiest to get to) for continuity and it passed. Next step will be to test lower (more difficult to get to). Anyone on here have any advice?
