I seeded my backyard with princess 77 a month ago and got pretty discouraged bc a week later we had a huge washout and thought most of it had washed away. Since temps warmed up a lot of it has sprouted but noticed the first couple of long runners today. Will wait a few weeks then spread the remaining 7-8 lbs I have left over. I’m pretty pumped!

Mine looks good from far but thin and bare in spots up close. My soil is crappy and hard. I aerate it and fertilize it but it is a struggle.

Mine has been looking great as well. I've been alternating Milorganite and a turfgro 24-0-11 from Lowe's. I'll put a pic below. Milo and the turfgro both have iron so it has a real deep green color at the moment.
