Anyone have Confederate Jasmine that is not blooming yet?

We have Confederate Jasmine around our mailbox and a column on our porch. We have only been in this house a little over a year but it seems like it was already flowering this time last year. I started noticing what I They all were blooms a couple of weeks ago But they haven’t flowered So I’m not sure if it is just new leaf growth.

Blooms haven't opened on mine, but they are covered with them.

Good to hear! Mine has been covered for two weeks or so but I was questioning if they were actually blooms.
