I had a company come out and test the lines since we just bought a home that had an inground pool. I've followed all the lines which are under roots and about two feet of clay, which was why they were broken. There is one line that broke under a tree, and I cant find out where it goes. I'm just looking for someone to come out and tell me what that pipe is for.

Does the pool have a working floor drain? We have a pool where they previous owner capped off the pipe for the floor drain.

There's also an equalizer line that keeps the skimmers running if the water drops below the opening.
