7 gallon plants?

I got these delivered today and they don't look like 7 gallon to me. Pictured next to it is a 5 gallon bucket.

Actually they do differ in the plant nursery trade.
“ These blow-molded pots are known as a #7 Or 7 gallon trade pot and they are used by nurseries. These pots actually hold An Actual Volume Of: 5.8 gallons and not 7 full gallon . Pot dimensions (13 3/4 Inch Diameter x 11 1/2 inch Depth) and the have 5 Drain Holes.”
Do the containers have dimensions that approximate the dimensions above?
ETA: Using that 5 gal bucket as a size reference, you received 7 gal sized gardenias. Nice plants.

Line crawdude said, it's not a literal 5 or 7 gallon. It's tough to tell from the pic but those are at least 5 gallon and the fullness of the plant looks like a 7.
