I was hoping he wouldn't notice it!
It was cool to be the only poster (non-Admin) to make it into a locked and stickied thread.

In the social sciences, unintended consequences (sometimes unanticipated consequences or unforeseen consequences) are outcomes that are not the outcomes intended by a purposeful action. The concept has long existed but was named and popularised in the 20th century by American sociologist Robert K. Merton. In ethics or metaphysics the law of unintended consequences states that, for any willed action, there are consequences which occur which were not intended.
