Unable to use site on mobile

For the past few days I've been getting this message.
I'm on my home network and can access the site fine on desktop. It does it also when I'm on cellular network and not at home. I've tried restarting my phone. Any other ideas? Using Chrome browser. Works fine on Safari.

Clear your browser... that's what worked when it happened to me.
Apple phone?
Settings > Apps> Safari> Scroll a ways down to "Clear History and Website Data" Select whichever time frame suits you.. "today and yesterday" work for me.

It was strictly a chrome issue but I did the same for chrome and it worked.
