He wanted me to ask why. He legitimately doesn't have a clue why. Also, how does he go about reinstatement?

That's the default response when someone asks a stupid question. Why do people ask that? Are you looking for a exact time? Is it going in your journal? My biography? Last Thursday at around 1pm right after I took a big dump. Happy? HAPPY NOW? And put in there something about how I killed a bear with one hand.
