How do the boards (OT, MSB, etc) compare today to 4-5 years ago, and beyond?
Stuff is borderline unbearable on the OT nowadays. The MSB is getting that way too.
Was it always this bad?
Why do people try too hard?

It happens. Usually with anything the old days seemed better. I started reading the site in mid-2006 and I want to say the posters and quality of content were much better.
