The Captain's Name Change Rules

Since he is the St. Peter of name change requests getting approved, I think he should post a list of OK/Not OK reasons to ask for a name change.

I don't make the rules, I'm just a stickler for them.

Rule no.1 if your initials are R.R. the only other option for name change is Dick Tickles.
