Tech Support - Smart Snake Tech Services

eta: Nevermind. Google finally produced verification it's a scam.

Just got a call from someone at the above, saying they work for Windows and that one of our computers has disabled some "important" Microsoft services programs that run in the background, also that some foreign addresses are on our computer.

He said it was not a sales call, that they were getting error messages.

Is this legit? Should I call him back and let him do whatever it is he's talking about?

Help. I'm lost here.
