TD never loads. Some of the icons do; no pictures do.

Is the site going slow, or is there some deeper problem?
This is Chrome on PC.
List of things I can't see:
No pics linked from other sites
No site or page banner
No pins and folders for stickied topics
No upvote or downvote icons
Some team emblems
