Jim, are you using an iPhone? Safari?

If so, try to click on the "aA" symbol to the left of your address bar, and set the zoom to 100%.

Then look again at the very bottom of the page, and see if you can find this link:

I found out what was wrong. There was a cookie that was forcing it to display in desktop mode. Deleted cookies and it's fine now. Strange that it was only for this website and no others.
