I don't think there is a mobile view anymore. There is just one view and TD adjust to your screen size...

I was on mobile view and then I clicked something and it was just the regular view...can't find the mobile link anymore.

Mobile link is on the very bottom of whatever page you're on.
And for the OP, I think the mobile version is formatted for phones and smaller hand helds only.

I think so as well. Basically, there is no "mobile" button the full site view.
