Signature and Avatar's photo position overlapped the words and boundaries

This has been going on for about a month. Both my co-workers are experiencing it also. It happens on both my pc and my mac. I use Chrome. But when I am reading a thread and scrolling down, everyone's photos overlaps their little area where their comments are which makes it impossible to read. What is going on? This has to have been discussed already but I can't find out where. Thanks.
