Rather than refute they use smileys and call names. And that is 90% of the replies on that board.
That was my first board I really posted on, when we were the opposition it wasn't that bad, but after the 2008 election it went full on nuts in there.

there are plenty of left leaning posters on the poliboard who somehow manage to have solid discussion without drawing ire.
there is no doubt the majority of the board leans right and I think that drives a lot of left posters to just troll the board, the rest of you piss and moan about it elsewhere

So what you're implying is that since they are the overwhelming minority, they should be given special treatment and allowed to break the rules. Sounds like liberal thinking to me

Just change the name from Political talk, to "The GOP board" and all would make more sense.
And GOP as a name pisses me off. "Grand Old Party" when they are the newer of the two. lol
In all of that, where does it ask for special treatment? Equality is all we ask.
