Request - a Great Election Board Ban Pardoning

Can we release a bunch of people banned during the emotional times of the election? We need to keep the discourse going.
I can give details, but my first request is someone I've disagreed with a lot--BigScrubTx. I think he was unfairly banned for "belligerence." I've seen much more belligerent posters go about with impunity.

He made the mistake of being belligerent with an admin.
Way big mistake.....
ETA: I have no idea if he is suspended. He may be in self-imposed exile to avoid embarrassment for his numerous condescending posts directed at Trump supporters on the Poli Board.
