Removal of a particular set of ads

I know that Google ads work based on your cache, but I am never searching for gummies or talking about gummies so even if the Google were eavesdropping I’m not sure why on every thread I get an ad showing gross looking natural hemp gummies

Eagle Hemp is one and I will post the other when it pops back up but yeah is there a way to rid oneself of seeing gross gummies at the bottom of every thread? I mean I guess there could be worse ads, but if it’s possible to get rid of them that would be great.

I dunno maybe it’s just the fingers that are grossing me out
