Religious thread with political relevance moved to the OT: Why?

It discusses the politicization of faith and the effect it has on growing atheism in the USA.
Seems like it would be the exact type of religious/political mix that we were told was necessary for religious threads on the poli board.
So why was it moved?

What exactly is the political relevance? Be specific.

ok I understand I remember having discussions about if laws have heavy religious influence or not. But I guess the others in the thread derailed the political side of the issue.

Because the Admins are acting stupidly. I had a thread where I pointed out specifically where it was related to politics, but it was moved.
The Admins then deleted two threads on here relating to it.
