Had to shrink it down to get it under 30kb.
If there is anything else like a name added to it let me know. The background colors can be changed too.
If you can't use the bigger one a made a slightly smaller one.
Just right click on the picture and go to "properties" you will see a url on the "properties" info, copy that url into your sig settings under "my profile".

How do you want the text at the bottom and what color?
Also do you want a darker green for the background? Because it looked really funny with darker green tints.
I had no idea what kind of text you wanted for the bottom, if there is a font or another sig that has what you want let me know.

I don't know what effect was used on your last one, and I can't remove the FUSC without ruining the background so I put a new background up.
