Pop up ads? (Sorry. Plz move this to OT)

I know “premium subscription” is a punchline for many around here but is there a pay service for this site? The page has more ads than a NASCAR paint job in the borders and I absolutely understand why. However, with the pop ups now and the instability of the platform under pressure from millions of views, is it time for a pay service to remove the Pop ups? It really detracts from the enjoyment of the site. It’s basically the same thing the commercials have done to college football and for the same reason.

I get zero pop ups using Safari browser on iPhone.

In just the last 2-3 days its become a thing... Getting them non stop on phone with safari.
